Membership Renewal – Now Open
Renewing your membership is easy. Simply sign in to your account using the Member Account link below.
– Forgot your username and/or password? Select “Retrieve your username and password” on the login page.

Before submitting payment, please review your account details and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
2026 Annual Dues
Total Amount Due: $1,788.19 (includes sales tax on $1,650 annual dues)
Payment due by: April 1, 2026
– A $75 per month late fee applies to accounts more than 30 days past due
– Late fees do not apply to Family Helpers
– Family Helper Pass: $325. (may be added at any time during the season and must be repurchased each summer)

ASTC thrives because of its members. One of the best ways to keep dues reasonable and support important capital improvements is by welcoming new members. Please help spread the word by:

Sublet Your Membership (Put on Hold)
If you plan to place your membership on hold for the 2026 season, select the Sublet option under the Payments Tab in your account. Inactive members do not have use of the Club facilities.
– Sublet Fee: $250
– Deadline to sublet: March 15, 2026
After this date, full dues for the 2026 season will apply. We look forward to welcoming you back in 2027!

Sell Your Membership
If you are not planning to renew your membership, we will miss you! Please let us know as soon as possible.
– Deadline to sell: March 15, 2026
– Resignations received after this date will be processed the following season
– Members submitting late resignations are responsible for current season dues
To resign your ASTC membership:
– Select Sell Membership under the Payments Tab in your account
– Sell Fee: $150
– Return your Bond Certificate (issued when you joined) to PO Box 631, Ardsley, NY 10502
– If the Bond Certificate is lost, a $150 Lost Bond Certificate Fee applies
Bonds are refunded in the order the resignation requests are received, and based on when they are purchased by new members. The current value of the bond is $2,225. Refunds will be reduced by any outstanding account balances.
